- Great Expectations Mental Health Services, Inc. formely known as T&T Residential Services was started by the current owners Anthony Packer and LaTonya Burden (now LaTonya Packer) in June 2000. Starting with one group home and the goal of providing the "very best care" possible to male and female children and adolescents, the company quickly built a solid reputation among several county mental health departments. The company changed it's name to Great Expectations Residential Services Inc. in October 2001 and finally to Great Expectations Mental Health Services Inc. in January 2006 to best illustrate the vast services being offered by the company. With great leadership and a very dedicated and capable staff, "Great Expectations" is poised to become a premiere provider of mental health services throughout the state.
